Liver Burgers
Ingredients:
1 lb. ground beef
1/4 lb. ground liver
1 small onion, chopped
1 egg
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1/2 tsp. salt
Directions:
Mix all ingredients well, add more crumbs if too moist. More liver may be added if a stronger liver taste is desired. Grill until done to your taste.
